From Feedback to Features
At Vexo, we're building analytics with one goal in mind: help you grow by providing you with the right insights so you can make the right decisions, without the complexity.
Today, we’re rolling out two improvements that came directly from user feedback:
- A clearer view into what types of events your account is sending.
- The ability to sample Tap events on Premium and Enterprise plans.
See Exactly What You're Tracking
We’ve added a new section in My Account where you can now see a full breakdown of your current usage by event type (like Taps, Screens, Fetch, etc). This gives you visibility into what’s generating the most data and helps you adjust your plan as needed.
For accounts with multiple apps, this shows the combined total of events across all apps.

Tap Sampling for Premium and Enterprise Plans
Tap events are one of the most common types in mobile apps but in many cases, you don’t need every single one to understand user behavior.
Starting today, Premium and Enterprise customers can enable Tap event sampling directly from their app settings. This reduces volume while preserving meaningful patterns across screens and flows.
It’s ideal for high-interactivity apps where event limits matter.
Go to General > Settings. This setting is configured per app, allowing you to customize tracking priorities for each one.

As you can see, setting your tap sampling to 10% means you'll receive data for only 10% of all tap events.
Transparent Billing, No Surprises
We know how frustrating it is to hit an event limit without knowing why. That’s why we’re improving how usage is tracked and communicated across the platform.
You can now easily track your monthly event usage in real time, broken down by category, so you always know where you stand and what’s driving your numbers.
