Expo Integration: See your usersβ sessions sirectly in your Expo Dashboard

Integration
We're excited to announce our official integration with Expo. Now you can view Vexo's Session Replays embedded directly inside your Expo dashboard, linked to your builds and EAS Updates.

Vexo has been optimized for Expo since day one, and thousands of teams already rely on Vexo to understand how users experience their apps. With this new integration, we're making it even easier to connect the dots between what you ship and how users respond.
The challenge: Building and shipping with Expo is beautifully simple. But understanding what happens after each EAS Update? That's where things get complex. Are people discovering your new features? Where do they get stuck? What moments drive engagement or frustration?
The solution: With Vexo Γ Expo, you can now watch real user sessions right inside your Expo dashboard, no context switching required. And when you need deeper insights, your full Vexo analytics dashboard is just one click away.
π Special Launch Offer
Exclusive for Expo users: Create your Vexo account through the Expo integration and get 50% off your first year when you upgrade. Use code "EXPO50".
What You Get with This Integration
1. Session Replays Inside Expo
Watch high-quality recordings of real user sessions directly within the Expo dashboard for each EAS Update to see how your latest release is performing.
2. One-Click Access to Full Analytics
While session replays live in Expo, the complete Vexo dashboard is always one click away when you need deeper analysis.
3. Instant Dashboard
The moment you integrate Vexo (literally one line of code), Vexo starts automatically populating the main dashboard with core product metrics and starts tracking heatmaps, session replays, and users data. If you need more, you can manually create funnels, define custom events, and build custom dashboards.
No manual event setup required to get started. Add custom tracking later when you need it.
The goal of this integration is for you to keep focusing on building and improving your app, not wasting time implementing your analytics and maintaining them.
Step 1: Integrate Vexo into Your App
If you haven't already, Sign up for a free Vexo account (remember to use code "EXPO50" if you upgrade) and add Vexo to your React Native app:
npm install vexo-analyticsThen initialize it in your app's entry point:
import { vexo } from 'vexo-analytics';
vexo('YOUR_API_KEY');That's it. View full integration docs β

Real-World Use Cases
Debugging Production Issues
When users report a bug after your latest EAS Update, watch their exact session replay linked to that update. See what they saw, identify the issue, and fix it, all without asking them for logs or screenshots.
Validating Feature Launches
Pushed a new feature via EAS Update? Immediately see if users are finding it, how they're using it, and where they might be getting confused. Make data-driven iterations within hours, not weeks.
Understanding Drop-offs
Notice a spike in session abandonment after a recent update? Session replays show you the exact moment users leave, helping you pinpoint friction points you'd never catch with quantitative metrics alone.
Monitoring Performance
Track how different device types and OS versions respond to your updates. Identify performance bottlenecks specific to certain user segments.
